DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Eco Consulting Engineers’ Structural and Civil Engineering Design services are performed to principally work with the Architectural design and client objectives for the achievement of a successful project outcome.

DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION SERVICES

Structural and Civil Engineering design, computations, drawings, specifications and documentation for all types of structures are conducted in accordance with the Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards. International Standards, such as British, American or ISO may also be used where required.

Material design capabilities include, Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Pre-cast Concrete, Timber, Masonry, Cold Formed Steel, and Aluminium.

ECONOMICAL DESIGN

Exploration of all feasible design options may be conducted, including assessment of any new technology, in order to attain the most economical design complying with relevant Australian Standards.

CERTIFICATION

Certificate of Compliance – Design (formerly Form 11 or 13) may be issued where required by Building Surveyors, for building permits within Victoria.
