Structural Certification
Eco Consulting Engineers is widely experienced in
the checking and certification of structural designs. Previous experience in checking and
certification of structural designs includes the checking of numerous building permit
applications over several years for several municipalities and certification of numerous
structural designs.
PHILOSOPHY
The checking and certifying of structural designs
and documentation is always conducted with the view of working in conjunction with the
design engineer. This is beneficial when resolving any design inconsistencies that may
exist in the documentation with mandatory regulatory requirements and/or engineering
principals. In addition, we conduct the certification stage of a project as a matter of
course and avoid appearing as an obstacle for the project.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE –
DESIGN (FORMERLY KNOWN AS FORM 11 OR FORM 13 CERTIFICATE)
As a registered building practitioner, Peter Paras
is qualified and permitted by the Victorian Building Act to issue Certificates of
Compliance – Design, for building design documentation (formerly
known as Form 11 or Form 13).
