EXPERIENCE:
Structural and Civil Engineering Design and Documentation
Structural and Civil Engineering design and documentation of residential, retail, commercial and industrial structures in accordance with Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards. Documentation of design, contract/tender documents and specifications. Liaison with building design professionals, clientele and relevant statutory authorities with regard to planning and building permits and construction.
Project Management, Contract Administration, Site Supervision
Experience includes; organising tenders, analysis of tenders, reporting to client, role of superintendent, liaison and negotiating with clients and contractors, processing claims and payments, site supervision and inspections, commissioning and supervision of works.
Structural / Building Inspections and Reports
Structural investigation and reports of buildings for insurance assessors, financial institutions, local government, property owners and the Housing Guarantee Fund. Attendance at hearings as expert witness.
Structural Certification
Structural checking for the cities of Prahran/Stonnington, Croydon and Dandenong for issuing building permits, structural certification, issuing certificates of compliance (Form 13).
